  • For reservations made 48 hours in advance, an additional emergency fee of 45 LEI will be charged

  • Our services do not provide food, dog bags or pads/litter, so please make sure that you provide all that's necessary for your pet

  • The duration of our "Dog Walking" service can be shortened starting from 10 minutes for 30-minute walks and 20 minutes for 60-minute walks in case of bad weather (rain, storm, heat wave)

  • The "Pet Sitting" service for one day for dogs includes two walks, morning and evening. Extra walks will be charged extra.

  • In order to reserve a place, it is necessary to make a pre-payment of 30-50% of the total value of the services. The amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation

  • Payment will be made in full on the day before of the first service, by bank transfer or cash on the first day of the service

  • The price of services during the public holidays will be double. Additional charges will not be doubled

  • The displayed price is related to a single pet. If you have more than one pet, you can get a discount for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. pet
