Depending on the area where you live, an additional transport fee will be charged.

For reservations made less than 48 hours in advance, an urgent booking fee of 50 LEI will be charged.

Our services do not provide food, dog bags or pads/litter, so please make sure that you provide all that's necessary for your pet.

The duration of our "Dog Walking" service can be shortened starting from 10 minutes for 30-minute walks and 20 minutes for 60-minute walks in case of bad weather (rain, storm, heat wave).

The "Pet Sitting - 1 Day" service for dogs includes two walks, in the morning and evening, each lasting approximately 20 minutes. Extra walks will be charged separately.

To make a reservation, a 30-50% advance payment of the total service cost is required. This advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Services provided outside working hours (Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 21:00 | Saturday - Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00) will incur a 50% surcharge.

Payment will be made in full on the day before of the first service, by bank transfer or cash on the first day of the service.

During public holidays, service prices will be doubled. Additional fees will not be doubled and will remain at their standard rates.

The displayed prices apply to one pet only. Discounts are available for additional pets, starting from the second one.

We also have services for those with basic needs. "Drop by visit" is a short home visit service.
If you are out of town or working late and your pet needs to be fed, or simply to check if everything is fine with him, we can pay him a short visit.
The duration of this visit will be about 45 min.
